Manage Big Data¶
Likpi for Big Data & Analytics processes and stores the data coming from your business application and its infrastructure assets. You can collect any log data from devices, applications or other external sources. Once the data is collected and structured as an event instance thanks to the AIOpsCell, you can then visualize, search, analyse, correlate and automate.
Structured Data¶
Each IT infrastructure component has its own language when communicating. This makes it difficult to infer and understand the impact certain events or combinations of events have on the business.
The value of having structured data, thanks to a common event format, is to translate these different languages in a common one which is easy to understand and which makes it easy to take appropriate decisions following business cases.
We need to know for each event coming from the IT infrastructure or business applications:
- The failure
- Which business services and associated end users are impacted
- Who is in charge of fixing the problem
- What is the level of impact on our Service Level Agreements
Being able to adress these questions in close to real-time is a real challenge to many IT departments today.
By defining a common event format and manage properly the mapping based on the incoming log messages we can address this challenge !
Visualise¶
The Likpi operation console presents information about events coming from AIOpsCells in tables and graphs, based on the assigned access rights. You can define your own custom filters for displaying the ones you are interested in. Indeed, this console acts as a big data database for all AIOpsCells allowing to launch any search on any tag value thanks to our query event builder.
Alert & Automation¶
Our True Correlation module allows you to build complex correlation scenarios in order to detect anomalies and lauch any remedial action or notification.
Trends¶
The Likpi application embeds a service dedicated to trend calculation for metrics. Several algorythms are used and are continuously challenged to select the best one like the Sarima model or baseline Average.
New ones are coming soon such as Exponantial Smoothing, Neural Networks and Prophet.
Dashboard¶
Dashboards contain your KPIs and trends in real time represented by different type of graphics. A powerful time frame windows allows you to pinpoint the data you are looking for with accuracy.
